Payment Terms

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement.
• We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
• COD orders require a nominal confirmation fee which is adjusted against the order total.
• For COD orders over ₹25,000, full pre-payment is required.

6. Pricing & Availability

All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate product information, but we do not warrant that:

• Product descriptions are error-free or complete.
• Colors displayed on your monitor are accurate.
• Products will be available when you place an order.
• Pricing errors will be honored if discovered after order placement.

In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed with the correct price or cancel your order.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information about shipping options, delivery times, and charges. Key points include:

• Free shipping within India on orders over ₹10,000.
• Standard delivery: 3-7 business days.
• Express delivery: 1-3 business days (additional charges apply).
• International shipping available to select countries (7-14 business days).
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

8. Returns & Refunds

• Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Custom-made and personalized items are non-returnable.
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.

13. Limitation of Liability

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Mumbai, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in courts of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.

17. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive (including intellectual property, warranty disclaimers, and limitation of liability).
